I have 6 yrs experience working with DCFS/CPS in Family Preservation Services/Crisis Family Intervention/ Psych Counseling and Parenting contracts through four counties. A notable percentage of my DCFS work involved helping families with Developmental disabilities. I have been in mental health for 9.5 years, to include the above, as well as Co-Occurring Disorder Residential Crisis Triage, Clinical Case Management and Residential in Community Mental Health, Community Mental Health Counseling and Group Therapy, Private Practice Psychotherapy, and I am also the counselor at The Arc of Kitsap & Jefferson Co.'s. My work history includes Nursing Assisting and Caregiving in dementia populations, private in-home nursing care, and DD Respite. I also have 6 years in helping to raise 2 developmentally disabled step children and have been a part of the local DD community.
 
I am excited to be able to provide services to the DD community as a private practitioner and contractor.
